Multiplication By: Mo'onia
Learning Intention: W.A.L.T. -multiply numbers up to 100 and using repeated addition.
Success Criteria: I know I am successful when I can multiply numbers using skip counting, doubles and repeated addition.
Problems:
1. How many marbles are there all together? 2 children had 10 marbles each = 20
I know its 20 because 2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,20, 10 + 10 = 20, 10 x 2 = 20.
2. Puppy and Sam and Emma have 5 marbles each. How many marbles do they have all together? 5,10,15,or 5+5+5=15, and 5 x 3 = 15.

Adding on Ten -by Mo'onia
Learning Intention: W.A.L.T.- add tens to any number by counting in tens or adding ten together.
Success Criteria: I know I am successful when I can add tens together.
Problems:
1. 40 carvings + 20 carvings = 60 carvings
I know that 4 tens + 2 tens = 6 tens
2. 37 bananas + 40 bananas = 77
I know its 77 because 30 + 40 = 70 + 7 = 77
3. 15 + 5 10 = 30
I know its 30 because 15 + 5 = 20, 20 + 10 = 30
4. 6 + 4 + 2 + 7 + 8 = 27
I know its 27 because 6 + 4 =10 + 2 + 8 = 10 so, 10 + 10 = 20 + 7 = 27

Ash Wednesday- By Moonia
Learning Intention: W.A.L.T.- write a recount.
Success Criteria: I know I can do this when I write my story about Ash Wednesday in order, using capital letters and full stops correctly.
Yesterday our class went at the front of the church. We saw Father Andrew. Father Andrew said''you give up on your toys or something important like eating just one bite and save the rest for later. Matheus read out his work. He draw a tablet as his own treasure. Heneliena was reading it too. Then, the teachers burn the children's treasure drawing.
Next we went inside the church and we sang. After that Father Andrew and Ms Bullot put the sign of the cross on our forehead using ashes. Later we back to class.
