                How To Bake Potato Gratin
L.I.- We are learning to write an instructions. 
Success Criteria: I know I am successful when I write the instructions in order using Verb at the beginning of each sentence how to bake potato gratin.

Ingredients: 
Potatoes
Cheese Sauce
Salt, Grated Cheese
Steps:
. Wash the potatoes.
. Slice the potatoes thinly.
. Arrange the potatoes on the baking dish to cover the space.
. Cover the potatoes with cheese sauce.
. Put another layer of potatoes on top of the cheese sauce.
. Repeat covering the potatoes with cheese sauce until all is used.
. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until cook.
. Cool it down before eating

                     The Day I saved Emily



Last Thursday I went down by the river. I saw Emily feeding the fish all by herself. Next, I heard her screamed for help. She fell in the water. I helped her out of the cold water with my clothes on. I got her out  and I was shivering. 

Her mother said,''Thank you for saving my daughter'' Emily was shivering and change her clothes. Her mum wrap her with a blanket and  she was sent to bed.
Learning Intention: W.A.L.T.- write a recount.
Success Criteria: I know I can do this when I write my story in order, and use capital letters and full stops correctly.

Jump the plank by Moonia

                        Measurement-Distance
                                       Jump the Plank
Learning Intention: W.A.L.- to measure how far we could jump the ''plank'' using centimetres. 
Success Criteria: I can do this when I measured the distance of how far I could jump the plank.

Our group jump the ''plank'' and measured how far each one of us had jumped. We use a chair as our plank and we started the measurement from the foot of the chair to the back of our heel where we landed from our jump. This are the results.
1. Heneliena jumped was 105 centimetre long.

2. Uinisiete jump  was 120 centimetre long. 

3. And my jump was 91 centimetre long.

4. Te Raiana jump  was 90 centimetre long.

5. Christopher jump was 90 the same as Te Raiana.
SUMMARY

Uinisiete jumped the farthest.
Heneliena jump the second farthest.
I jump the third farthest.
Te Riana and Christopher jump the fourth and the least farthest.

Summer Olympics

                     1988 Summer Olympics

History: Flame and Torch The ancient Greeks believed that fire was given to the humankind by ''Prometheus'' and considered to have a scared equality. Micros were used to focus the sun rays to ignited flames that would be burn perpetually in front of the Greeks temple. 3,330 runners brought the torch flames.
Today, the  Olympics Flames is lit in front of the ruins of the Temple Of Hera in Olympia, Greece.

Theme Of The Torch- The design of the torch,engraved with two dragons symbolising the harmony of East and West, Korean tradition's were taken into account in the making of the entire external appearance of the torch, The unique character of the torch is in the leather sheath of the handle.

St. Patrick's Day


We celebrated St. Patrick's day at school on Monday. It was a special day. I went to Room 2. I colored the shamrock. I wrote love, share and take turn, care and respect. I stack  the shamrocks on the strow. It looked like a real flower.

The Chefs and the two doctors

L.I.- W.A.L.T..... write a recount using descriptive languages
Success Criteria: I can do this when I can use descriptive words  in my story.

                      The Chefs And The Two Doctors
Yesturday on Thursday 11 on may chefs and two doctors came to our class to get free lunch. They gave us healthy sandwich and fruits salads. In side the sandwich box was an oat cookie with chocolate. The chefs gave those food to us and we put it in the tables. 

Then the bell rang we put our chrome books away and say prayers. We got our lunch and sandwich, fruits salads. After we ate our lunch we played at the park and say thank you to the chef's for bringing healthy food.


When it was home time we put our chairs in the tables and put the blinds down and we did prayers and everyone went home not me I was in the office waiting for my dad and mum.
